Curtis grew up in Dry Ridge, KY went to Campbellsville University, and graduated in 2012. Curtis is a huge Batman and Harry Potter nerd as well as an avid bourbon collector. 

Curtis was first drawn to the real estate industry after his first home purchase which he did with no agents on either side. There were many issues during the transaction, plus it didn’t take long for him to realize he never should have purchased that home. At this same time, I was working a dead-end job, at a call center taking hundreds of calls per day and constantly being screamed/yelled at, so I began looking for a new career path. I stumbled upon a job listing for a real estate agent, so I researched the requirements to be an agent and researched what the job was and from there I fell in love.

I was licensed in KY in 2015 and since then I have been completely in love with real estate, it has become my true passion. Helping folks achieve the dream of owning their own home ignites something in me, as a kid I grew up in government housing where we were not able to paint the walls at all. I cannot tell you how excited I was when we purchased our first home and I had the opportunity to scrape wallpaper off the walls, ceilings and learn to patch plaster. They were my walls; I could paint them whatever color I wanted (well whatever color Hannah liked but still lol). 

This experience fuels me throughout my career and life to do everything I can to help people experience these joys and all the others that come with owning your home. Throughout my career in Real Estate I have been able to obtain my broker’s license, I have been an office manager for my company and I have been my company’s Principal Broker for the state of KY. These experiences have allowed me to learn so much at real estate, about strategies for helping your dreams come true, how to navigate less than ideal circumstances and so much more.
