Hannah Clemons

Hannah is a lifelong resident of Cincinnati, she grew up in Sharonville and is a proud Alum of Princeton High School where she was a member of the Orchestra as a Violinist, and on the Princeton Viking’s Woman’s Golf Team. She went on to Campbellsville University (CU) in Campbellsville, KY, where she played golf on the University Golf Team while still playing in the University Orchestra. At Campbellsville Hannah majored in Social Work and minored in Music, and later returned to obtain her master’s in social work.

Hannah, lives with husband Curtis and their beloved fur-baby Spencer Reid, in Newport’s East Row Historic District. Where they frequent Jerry’s Jug House, O’Bryon’s, Pompillio’s, and Coach’s Corner among many others. In her spare time, Hannah enjoys taking walks through the neighborhood with Spencer and Curtis, as well as golfing, yoga, going to Red’s games, and brunch at one of the area’s newest spots.

Hannah currently works as a Hospice social worker in the Cincinnati area. Hannah has long held a passion for working with senior adults, especially in their final years. Hannah brings this passion for helping people, her knowledge of senior care and the systems surrounding that to her real estate career. As these two careers and passions combine, Hannah seeks to help folks who need a house that can not only function as a home but as a care center as well, either for the homeowner themselves or a family member/loved one.
