Tara Negard
Operations Manger

Tara grew up in California, but left there in 1990 when she married Brad, a US Air Force Aviator. They spent the next 8 years living on or near military bases in North Dakota and Texas. When Brad retired from the Air Force, their family went through several corporate relocations that took them back to California, then Oregon, and finally Northern Kentucky. All of these moves sparked a love of real estate that Tara finally turned into a career when she got her license in 2004.

Tara has always loved working with people, all the way back to her first job at The Gap (Would you like socks to match your outfit? IYKYK). With a real estate license, she was able to help people with their largest purchase! Over time she wanted to help even more people, so she started training and developing other agents. This eventually led to managing one of the largest real estate offices in the Cincinnati area. While supervising 120+ agents and over 2,000 transactions per year, Tara earned National recognition for her office’s success.

In 2019, the upcoming birth of Tara’s first grandchild made her reevaluate her career. She decided to step back from management and return to her roots of helping clients one-on-one. This also allowed her to spend more time with her growing family; there are now 3 grandchildren! Curtis and Tara had successfully worked together for many years, so when he approached her about creating a team, it seemed like a natural fit!

When Tara’s not helping clients or spending time with her family, she enjoys cooking, wine, movies and classic rock.
